Arkansas Teenager Arrested for Written Plan to Shoot Up School at Year Start

An Arkansas teenager was arrested August 12 after investigators found a written plan to conduct a mass shooting at his school at the start of the new academic year, one of several pre-school-year plots disrupted by law enforcement nationwide this summer.
