Washington State Energy Department Worker Arrested for Aiding Designated Terror Group

A Department of Energy employee in Richland, Washington was arrested October 1 for allegedly traveling to Yemen, acquiring drone and explosive materials inside the US, and trying to improve Houthi communications systems, the first such federal employee case since the group's FTO designation.
