Illinois Relative Stops Armed Juvenile Bound for Elementary School

A Will County family member stopped a juvenile who was armed with a Glock, loaded magazines, knives, and an accelerant and had stated he was on his way to attack Grand Prairie Elementary School in Plainfield Township, Illinois.
