Pennsylvania Man Indicted on Federal Terrorism Charge in ISIS Attack Plot

A 21-year-old Valencia, Pennsylvania, man was indicted on October 6 on federal terrorism charges after FBI agents arrested him in September with a rifle, scope, bipod, 190 rounds of ammunition, and 30 knives; he had a prior juvenile adjudication for a mass-casualty plot and had been in contact with ISIS-affiliated individuals online.
