Spokane Complex Fire Forces 65,000 Evacuations, Destroys 700 Structures

Three fires have burned more than 8,000 acres in Spokane County, destroying over 700 structures and forcing 65,000 residents to evacuate while Washington's governor requests a federal emergency declaration.
