The State Department revoked the US visa of former Iraqi Finance Minister Taif Sami Mohammed Al Shakarchi on August 28 after the FBI added her to its Terrorist Screening Database, reversing an implicit security endorsement the Biden administration extended when it honored her with the 2022 International Women of Courage Award.
