Off-Duty Tacoma Officer Targeted in Drive-By, Suspect Dead After Kent Standoff

An off-duty Tacoma officer was targeted in a four-round drive-by at a Tacoma Walmart on August 5; the gunman fled to Kent and died by suicide during a SWAT standoff the following day.
