Arcadia Lake Mass Shooting Suspect In Custody; Charges Upgraded To Felony Murder, Second Suspect Sought

An arrest, suspect identification, and pending felony murder charges have moved the Arcadia Lake mass shooting from manhunt to active prosecution, with at least one additional shooter still at large.
