Delaware JTTF Arrest: Felon Charged After Social Media Posts Urged Violence Against Federal Officials

Gregory Wierzbicki, 66, of New Castle, Delaware, made his initial court appearance October 14 on a felon-in-possession charge after FBI Baltimore's Joint Terrorism Task Force and Supreme Court Police executed a search warrant and found three firearms. Wierzbicki allegedly used Bluesky and Substack for over a year to encourage violence against federal officials including Supreme Court Justices and ICE officers. A detention hearing is set for October 19, 2026.
