Intelligence Platform Update: April 2026

The Semper Incolumem Intelligence Platform has been updated. This briefing covers what changed, why it matters, and how to get the most out of the new features. Watch the walkthrough below, or skip to the summary if you prefer to read.

Matthew Helmkamp, founder of Semper Incolumem, walks through the April 2026 Intelligence Platform update — including Tripwire, the redesigned interface, integrated map alerts, and updated OSINT Resources.

What's New

Tripwire: Signal Without the Noise

The most significant addition to the platform is Tripwire, a new category of intelligence displayed directly on the map. Tripwire uses a proprietary scoring system to surface only the highest-priority items from the full stream of available intelligence. The result is a cleaner signal: fewer irrelevant alerts and faster identification of developing situations that warrant attention.

This isn’t automated noise filtering. The scoring methodology reflects analyst judgment about what matters — the same standard applied across all of SI’s intelligence work. Tripwire is built for practitioners who need to act on information, not sort through it.

Alerts Now Integrated Into the Map

The alerts tab has been added directly as a feature within the map interface. Alerts and geographic intelligence now live in the same view, reducing the need to move between screens when tracking a developing situation.

Redesigned Interface

The platform has a new UI. The redesign improves navigation and readability across the platform. The core functionality — analyst-written reports, real-time geo-tagged intelligence, and source feeds — remains unchanged.

Updated OSINT Resources

The OSINT Resources section has been updated: outdated resources removed, new ones added, and the interface refined to make the library easier to navigate. Subscribers who use OSINT Navigator for their own research will find the updated section more useful as a working reference.

What Stays the Same

Subscribers retain unlimited access to analyst-written intelligence reports and the full OSINT Navigator database. The platform's core purpose hasn't changed: structured, analyst-led intelligence for decision-makers who need clarity, not volume.
