Uzbek ISIS Financier Extradited to Brooklyn After Decade as Fugitive

Davud Ansariy, who left the US in 2016 after running a Brooklyn ISIS financing and travel network, was arraigned in federal court in New York on September 23 following extradition from Georgia, where he had been arrested in August.
