ISIS-Inspired Albany Woman Arrested in Bomb Plot Against New York State Capitol

The FBI arrested an Albany woman who conducted five reconnaissance visits to the New York State Capitol and recorded ISIS allegiance pledges before planning to conceal a bomb in a food delivery bag and detonate it during a legislative session.
