The document was posted in the AtTamkin_Indonesia_Fursan_alTarjuma channel, which functions as an ISIS news and propaganda distribution point with an Indonesian-language focus.

In the platform's general chat channel, a separate user operating under the name Ali.talib posted a catalog of available manuals on 23 March 2026 and directed users to contact a user called professional_cook to obtain them. The catalog lists explosives manuals covering Plastic Explosive, PETN, Urea Nitrate, HMTD, Picric Acid, Ammonium Picrate, and Nitrocellulose, alongside a six-volume drone weaponization series covering UAV types, components, controls, FPV drone construction, camera systems, and drop mechanisms. A second user, Zaheer.abbas, confirmed the catalog and relayed the contact instructions when professional_cook was initially unreachable.

The AlSaqri Foundation has a documented production record spanning multiple explosives and toxin synthesis guides. Prior reporting identified AlSaqri materials on TATP (acetone peroxide) and C4 plastic explosive preparation circulating on Telegram and encrypted platforms since 2022. PETN (pentaerythritol tetranitrate) and HMTD (hexamethylene triperoxide diamine) are both primary explosives with well-documented use in jihadi IED construction; PETN is commonly used as a detonator filler and in shaped charges, while HMTD is a sensitive primary explosive used as a trigger compound in layered IED devices.
